Terms of Service
1. The service
Rotation.run helps you keep your running shoe mileage accurate. After you connect your Strava account, we email you after each run so you can log which shoes you wore with one tap, and we sync that choice back to Strava. The service is free of charge.
2. Your account
You sign in with your email address and connect your own Strava account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address you provide and for keeping access to your inbox secure. You may delete your account at any time from the home page; deletion removes all of your data and disconnects Rotation.run from Strava, and we confirm completion by email.
3. Strava
Rotation.run uses the Strava API but is not endorsed, sponsored by, or affiliated with Strava. Your use of Strava itself is governed by Strava's own terms of service and privacy policy. If you revoke Rotation.run's access in your Strava settings, we delete your account and all associated data.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to send abuse through the contact form, attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or violate any applicable law or Strava's terms.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. On behalf of ourselves and our third-party service providers (including Strava, our hosting, database, and email providers), we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Rotation.run nor its third-party service providers (including Strava) shall be liable for any consequential, special, punitive, incidental, or indirect damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Changes and termination
We may change these terms or discontinue the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. If we discontinue the service, we will inform you and delete stored data in line with our privacy policy.
